The Foundation for Legal Knowledge Based Systems (Jurix) is a forum for researcher in the field of Law and Computer Science in the Netherlands and Flanders. Its members are research groups from most Dutch universities and a Flemish university, KU Leuven. Jurix also has affiliated members, mostly consisting of people who used to work at one of the Jurix member sites.

Jurix organises regular meetings that comprise of a number of lectures on AI and Law topics from both academics and practitioners. These meetings are open to all. Since 1988, Jurix has held annual international conferences on Legal Knowledge and Information Systems. The topics of this conference series are captured in this wordle:
